Job Description:

• Instruct and educate students based on individual needs and abilities

• Track academic performance, evaluate students’ progress, and monitor student attendance 
• Effective communication with parents
• Ensuring student participation in cultural activities

• Incorporate audio-visual technological devices/aids during lesson delivery

Required Profile: At least 2 years of prior teaching experience in CBSE schools.

Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in relative fields, B.Ed-Education

Accounts Assistant

Minimum Experience: 2 Years

We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to perform daily accounting tasks and support our financial team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our day-to-day accounting operations and ensure the efficient functioning of our financial processes.

Role & responsibilities:

• Perform monthly payroll using Zoho Payroll software
• Manage ESI, PF, and TDS payments for eligible employees
• Reconcile bank statements and record transactions accurately
• Process annual leave encashment and gratuity payments for eligible employees
• Handle financial transactions, payments, and maintain financial records
• Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills
• Participate in quarterly and annual audits

Preferred candidate profile: B.Com/B.A. in relative field with 2 years of accounting experience

Administrative Assistant

Minimum Experience: 2 Years

We are looking for a reliable and responsible individual to work as an Office Assistant / Administrative Staff in our school. The multifaceted position requires attention to detail and performing various administrative and clerical duties with attention to detail.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle phone calls and correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
• Maintain and update student records, registers and databases
• Proficiency in MS-Office applications.
• Provide general administrative support and working knowledge of office equipment
• Perform data entry in the school management system.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task

Preferred candidate profile: Any Graduate with two years of relevant work experience.

Kindergarten Teacher

Minimum Experience: 2 Years

‍We are looking for an enthusiastic kindergarten teacher to facilitate the intellectual and social development of the children. Teaching in kindergarten includes planning, implementing, and assessing lessons. You will teach children with patience and creativity. Kindergarten Teacher duties include designing a teaching plan and using activities and instructional methods to motivate children.

Role & responsibilities:

• Design and follow a complete teaching plan
• Teach alphabet and numeracy along with personal, social and emotional skills
• Use a variety of activities and instructional methods (songs, stories, media, structured games, art, outdoor activities etc) to motivate and stimulate children's abilities
• Maintain an open line of communication with parents and provide appropriate information
• Assess student's performance and progress to ensure they are mastering the skills regularly
• Follow and comply with teaching standards and safety regulations
• Proven working experience as a Kindergarten Teacher, Kindergarten Assistant or Teacher Aide
• Creative and artistic teaching abilities
• Teaching and organisational skills
• Excellent knowledge of child development 
• Patience and flexibility
• Strong communication skills
• Keep abreast with the latest trends and best practices

Preferred candidate profile: BSc degree in education or Certificate in Montessori Training
